Last Friday, 350Africa.org held a music and poetry night at the Wits Art Museum in Braamfontein as part of our Africa and Arab world week of climate action. Towards the end of the show, I saw a colleague tweet “If you aren’t at the #WeFightClimateChange event tonight, where are you even?”, and he has a good point — you missed a wonderful event.

But this week has simply been the start of a wave of actions for climate justice that are going to carry on through Paris, culminating in climate action like we’ve never seen before in April 2016.
